Not only do daffodils introduce spring in my neck of the woods, but they are one of the most enjoyable flowers to paint! I love the freedom to use lots of different colors and shapes. They each seem to have their own unique personality.
This course will walk you through 6 small studies where I show you up-close brushwork for 6 different types of daffodils. Then you’ll see me paint a large vase, brimming with flowers.
At the end, I look over the work and share thoughts on what’s working and what’s not! Then you’ll see me fix a few things. I think it’s just as important to know how to fix something as how to paint it!
I hope you’ll join me in this fun expedition. One of my very favorites!
